Fit India Movement

Fit India movement was launched by our sitting PM Thiru. Narendra Modi ji on 29 August 2019 at Indira Gandhi Stadium in New Delhi. This is a nation wide movement to encourage people to stay healthy and fit both physically and mentally.

March month

Fit India Movement is going to organize March month as a month for  mental health and stability. The Education department of India has sent  some agendas  to follow.

1. School administration should allow students to have 5 minutes 'Power nap' to refresh their mind

2. School administration should include indoor games such as Sudoku, word games, cross words etc., as activities for students. This make them to improve memory power and logical power.

April month

 During this month school should arrange 10 minutes for students to have exercise to remain healthy and fit. This will impact in their mental strength.

June 

Students should participate in literature events. It is administration’s duty to arrange events for students to participate. According to school education department.

This might be a good initiative by our government.

கடற்பாசி வளர்க்க ஆழம் குறைவான அதே சமயம் சீற்றம் குறைந்த கடற்பகுதி தேவை. தமிழ் நாட்டில் இராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்டம் மிகவும் உகந்த இடம்.

இராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்டம் 237 கிமீ கடற்கரை நீளத்தில் வடக்குப் பகுதியில் பாக் நீரிணையும், தெற்கு பகுதியில் மன்னார் வளைகுடாவையும் கொண்டதாகும்.

இக்கடல் கரை பகுதியானது ஆழம், மற்றும் சீற்றம் குறைவான பகுதியாகும். இப்பகுதியானது கடற்பாசி வளர்ப்புக்கு உகந்த இடமாக காணப்படுகிறது.

 குறிப்பாக இம்மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள கடற்கரை கிராமங்களான சம்பை, மாங்காடு, சின்னபாலம், சின்ன ஏர்வாடி, சீனியப்பாதர்ஹா, வேதாளை, கீழக்கரை, பெரியப்பட்டிணம், முனைக்காடு, தொண்டி, தோணித்துரை, சோழியாகுடி, மற்றும் புதுப்பட்டிணம் ஆகிய இடங்களில் கடற்பாசி வளர்ப்பதற்கான சாத்தியக்கூறுகள் அதிகமாக காணப்படுகிறது.

இப்பகுதிகளில் மீன்வளத்துறையின் பல்வேறு திட்டங்களின் மூலம் ஏற்கனவே பல மீனவ பெண்கள் கடற்பாசி வளர்ப்பு மேற்கொண்டு தங்கள் வாழ்க்கையை மேம்படுத்தி வருகின்றனர்.

அரசு மானியம் மற்றும் உதவிகள்

கடற்பாசி வளர்ப்பு மேற்கொள்ள விருப்பமுள்ள மீனவ பெண்களை ஊக்குவிக்கும் வகையில் தேசிய மீன் வள அபிவிருத்தி வாரிய திட்டத்தின் மூலம் கடற்பாசி வளர்ப்பதற்கான மூலப்பொருட்கள் வாங்கிட மேற்கொள்ளும் செலவினத்தில் 60% மானியமாக வழங்கும் திட்டமானது தற்போது நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் கடற்பாசி வளர்ப்பு ஷமேற்கொள்ள விருப்பமுள்ள மீனவ பெண்கள் 3 பேர் இணைந்து ஒரு குழுவாக விண்ணப்பிக்கும் பட்சத்தில் அக்குழுவின்  40 கடற்பாசி வளர்ப்பு மிதவைகள் செய்வதற்கான செலவீனத்தில் ( ஒரு மிதவைக்கு ரூபாய் 1000/- என்ற கணக்கீட்டின்படி) 60% மானியமாக ரூ24000/- வரை அதிகபட்சமாக மானியத்தொகையாக பெறலாம்.
